Hotel Miami

For a hostel is an amazing deal, second time staying here, is very clean and organized. Dana helped a lot in the front desk .

My stay at Venezia Hotel was great. The manager Mickie was beyond amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The staff is very nice. Hannah at the front desk is very helpful as well. The hotel is beautiful and clean just like the pictures. Breakfast is served every morning in the lobby of the hotel. I will definitely return here next time I visit Miami.

My husband and I travel at least eight times out of the year all over the world. I'm very picky about where I lay my head. The location was great and close to the beach. The staff is friendly. The free Continental breakfast is on point. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, television was nice and the bathroom was clean.My only complaint is that my room was next laundry room and the staff was loud and chatty in the morning. Avoid the 1st level rooms.

Venezia was great! Originally had an issue with my room and they worked swiftly and quickly to resolve it! Would definitely stay here again. Loved the room!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially when I was moved to the 3rd floor. The rooms are specious and clean, the location is good ,only 15 min public transpo to the South Beach. Iris, the front desk, is friendly and helpful, she provides me the best customer service.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman who checked us in (I forget her name, but she was awesome!). Our room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and nice flat screen TV. Breakfast was fine, but it’s free so really can’t complain. There’s also a nice rooftop area with some seating that’s worth checking out. There was one small incident during our stay, but the manager handled appropriately and professionally. For the price we paid, this hotel more than met our expectations and we’d definitely stay here again.

did not stay in hotel, so there were no comments on rooms, but restaurant in lobby was awesome. great dishes and service. located across the street from water way Made great views. Also, the color scheme and lighting upstairs ( second floor, where the restroom is located, by elevator) is very interesting. dark green/blue wqlls with exotic lamps all along the hallway walls, makes for a mysterious, dimly lit atmosphere. it's very satisfying.

My stay at the Venezia was better than I expected it to be. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a very nice roof top with amazing views. All the staff were very polite and professional. It's in a very good location. There are some very nice restaurants within walking distance and the beach is only 2 blocks away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the low shower pressure and the water doesn't get too hot. Other than that this is a really nice and safe place to stay especially if you want to avoid the party scene at night and have a quiet and peaceful night's rest.

We were a bit skeptical due to some reviews, but we had a great stay at the hotel Venezia! We stayed there 10 days and the staff (especially Alicia) were very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after. The room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were really comfortable, so we slept really well. The hotel has a small boutique café / restaurant attached to it that served amazing breakfast and brunch. We never smelled any mold in the hotel, but you do have sometime some smell in the lobby coming from the restaurant. That was not a big deal for us as we never stayed in the lobby for very long. Overall great deal for your money, and we can definitly recommend it!
